Railway has told on Sunday that the operation of all long distance trains, express and intercity trains (including premium trains) will be closed till 12 noon on 31 March. Railway has given the time to take refund of cancell trains till 21 June.
According to the statement issued by the railways, those who had booked the tickets, they will be able to get the refund of the tickets till 21 June. It has been told that Kolkata Metro, Konkan Railway, suburban trains will not run in the list of canceled trains. However, suburban trains, Kolkata Metro services will continue till 12 pm tonight. The trains which started running 4 hours before the 22nd will go to their destination. This decision was taken in the meeting of the Railway Board.
